Otto Porter does have a cousin named Michael Porter who played at Sikeston I'm guessing from 2005-2009.
Believe THAT Michael Porter was All-State all 4 years in HS. Currently holds Sikeston's all-time scoring record, though he will likely be surpassed by Fred Thatch very early next season.
Something about that Porter name and basketball in the state of Missouri.
