Hiring MPJ's dad as an assistant, for the (let's be honest) primary purpose of getting MPJ to sign an LOI, and then firing the head coach (and thus firing MPJ's dad), and then after firing MPJ's dad, NOT giving him a release of his LOI.

That would be the ultimate dick move.
