I agree with you in most of what you said.I would never run away from a rival.If i did he/she/it would no longer be my rival.That is why i want to play KU again because they will always be my rival.Not in a political or historical sense but because we enjoyed beating them in basketball and would love to beat them again.I dont know about the irrational hatred but....it is hard to feel love for such an arrogant fan base.You wouldnt believe the things i was told when i went to Allen field house and the heated arguments i had with Phog Allens son.Yes,there is a little hate but it is not the irrational kind.Believe me they dont love us anymore than we love them.But i dont want to play them with a bad team.Lets just wait and see.
