The refs won't be a damn bit better. Any fan who truly understands the game and rules will still have trouble enjoying watching a game.
Now if he doesn't give a damn...cool. Thats the real answer to their gross incompetence, bias - and I suspect an occasional "suggestion" on expected result, from up above.
