after next year.
They had already signed him as "Head Coach Designate" at Cuse for when Jim was too retire. And Jim said next year was going to be his last.

So this guy can't wait a year to take over a much better program (IMO), one that he help build. I don't get that.
UW was just crap last year and now the exodus begins, why would anyone want that over Cuse?
Hopkins being impatient, may rear its ugly head in three years time, if he doesn't turn it around.
He essentially gave up Tenure and the HC job at Cuse, for Washington.
Again, to me, that's a moronic move.
