coach and are voided if the HC is fired.
I have seen quotes from the UWAD staring that they "would" let him out of his LOI but none that state that they "have" let him out. But have not seen any quotes stating that meeting with the new coach was part of the deal.
The accepted timeline here is (recall UW announced they weren't firing Romar a few weeks ago) that they only decided to fire Romar after it became known that Porter was leaving anyway.
