these days. Plus, he's worth more to us (and Illinois) than other schools because of his connections to STL.

And think about this: When we paid Quin $800,000/year it was a top 8 salary nationally, now there are probably assistants who make close to that.

$3 mil/year is a top 10 salary now but in 5 years it will be more like top 25.

And we're raking in 40+ million per year from the SEC alone now, with an annual budget approaching $100 million (soon enough).

This wasn't an over-reach at all.
