But I disagree it has zero impact. We're garbage right now. Getting an initial wave of talent in the door can drastically change the perception of the program to recruits and build connections with local AAU squads. There's a reason Kim never got any of the good Missouri players and he wasn't being considered year 2 by Sneed and the other guys - they were so bad year one and the players looked like crap. Momentum matters.
