Would the average Mizzou fan get excited by us hiring a mid major coach that they have never heard of before? I would classify most on here as die hard Mizzou fans we could all get excited about a guy like Keats or musselman but I doubt a lot of our fanbase has ever even heard of them. My point is I think Sterk wants a big name guy to fill the arena back up and get the entire fan base excited about the direction of the program again. I very well could be wrong as nobody really has a good read on Sterk yet but I'm still thinking it's either Crean or Martin.
