Dig up the FISA warrant. There would be a clear paper trail. But if it doesn't exist, then Trump has wrongfully accused a president of a felony. He can't allow that to happen, so he will pretend that there is a cover up and that he (the president of the United States) cannot gain access to classified FISA documents.
