See what happens in year 3 at every job he's been at? His team takes off.
He's currently in year 2 at Mississippi State. And by the way, he has more than twice as many SEC wins his first two seasons at MSU than Kim has in 3 seasons at MU. He also crushed Kim in both head-to-head matches. And then there's recruiting, where Howland has been bringing in top 20 classes, compared to Kim who has brought in mid-major caliber players. There's no comparison.
