1. No off the court embarrassments or arrests
2. Slow the attrition of talent via outgoing transfers, don’t sign any more players
3. Avg > 5,000 in attendance for the season at Mizzou Arena
4. Finish among the top 100 nationally in at least 2 statistical categories by establishing an actual identity or area of strength
5. Finish at least 13th in the SEC
6. Defeat at least 3 quality opponents during the course of the season
7. Define roles and rotations prior to the start of conference play
8. Score at least 20 points during the course of SEC play off dead ball situations
9. Correlate playing time with effort and intensity, begin to hold players accountable and start to establish a semblance of expectations
10. Work on creating both offensive and defensive approach and design prior to the start of regular season play instead of making it an either/or for a particular year
11. Don't actively divide the team or publicly displace blame to the players
12. Don't allow the frustrations from lack of success to break the spirits and moral of the team and dissuade from buy in

1. We are currently under investigation for improper tutoring an academic issues
2. Willie Jackson transferred mid-season, and Kemp was selected for a redshirt even though we are the least talented team in MU history. Frankie Hughes has quit the team once, but was convinced to return although it is questionable if he is still engaged.
3. We were well below 5,000 in average until we switched the way we calculate the metric midseason, making that data point meaningless. Historic apathy has continued to build.
4. Not among the top 100 nationally in any category tracked officially by the NCAA. We are currently 111th in fewest turnovers per game.
5. Currently in a tie for last with LSU, although they hold the tiebreaker as they have already defeated us.
6. This one looks like a basic impossibility at this point. We were very close against Xavier, but have only beaten Arkansas and arguably Western Kentucky in terms of non-absolute cupcake opponents and have lost 3 home games to terrible opposition.
7. This has just been a disaster. Same as every other season under Kim. Italy trip was a complete waste of time and resources.
8. Seems very unlikely, we almost exclusively look to simply heave the ball into the backcourt regardless of where we take the ball out.
9. Also an area we seem to have significantly regressed. There seems to be no correlation to effort or performance and no accountability.
10. Defensively we seem to have an identity emerging, although we simply lack any defensive talent or physical attributes. Offensively we have taken a drastic step back from what was already historical incompetence, and Kim admitted we tried to put in an entirely new offense in the middle of the season although nothing observable materialized.
11. Just not a strong suit of Kim’s, I think no matter what he will always end up dividing the team and displacing blame to the players. He simply doesn’t have any answers and refuses to take any responsibility.
12. To be determined. Certainly some players have checked out and others give game to game up and down levels of effort and focus. But they have not show the quit that other Kim's teams have at this point in the season when the overwhelming losing piles up.
