culturally and legally i'm not informed enough to identify whether the "decriminalization" of domestic assault in russia is a good or bad thing, but if the standard of decriminalization is that using a frying pan as a weapon against a spouse is not domestic assault it seems reasonable to question it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
