Chapter 320 Employment and Termination
320.040 Nepotism
B. Employees not to Hire or Appoint Relatives - No employee of the University shall hire or appoint an individual who is related by blood or marriage within the fourth degree by consanguinity or affinity to the employee making the decision to hire or appoint. No exception to this rule will be made.
