Rush, doing his normal bullshyting and plain straight out lying, is being disingenuous. These differing UE rate types have existed for years (since the 1950's).
Read the article and it is explaining the differing rates. The right wing *****ed the whole 8 years of Obama's presidency that the "real" rate was higher. They were cherry picking and making something up in order to get people to think that the UE rate was not what it was.
Notice how all the UE rates pretty much follow that same pattern. Anyone with a brain can see that.
