No, he doesn't "have" to find "hidden gems and develop them" He needs recruiters, not just talent evaluators Everyone studies film and makes offers based on those evaluations'

Missouri fans have been far more than "patient" We had 15 years of the "Winningest HC Ever" and a handoff to his Chosen One, yet we win 5 and 4 games, respectively, and recruiting classes at the SEC bottom and will wind up nationally in the 40s.

Missouri is running out of time
