No currently very successful D1 coach at a great University is going to leave that situation for MU.......that should be obvious to anyone with an IQ above 10. I am more excited about a younger upcoming stud that can coach, relate to todays players and can recruit his ass off. I think many established coaches rely heavily on their staff to do that, but the HC should be the man and the closer. A younger, talented, guy is the type of energy and enthusiasm this program has to have right now....because it will take some work. There is risk in this approach but there is significant gain potential too. Sterk just has to choose the guy wisely.
