but hey, they're offering an opinion.

None of us know how long it'll take. No one thought Haith would win 30+ games with the crew that MA left, but he did. You mix in a couple of really good players so that all of these guys become complementary and who knows.

I don't think there's one magic formula. You can go the up and comer or you can go with the established teacher. Both can win. Neither is guaranteed.
