compare that to Gregg Marshall's $500k buyout. LE should not be in the discussion - even if there wasn't a buyout problem, his history in Columbia does not make him a good fit.

Sampson can coach (sure thing), but given his window (age), he's not the best fit. I'm indifferent on Capel - he's not a sure thing (like Sampson) and there are more sure guys out there.

Following the Anderson debacle, Sterk needs a sure thing.
