i.e. above their market value, but I'm ok with that as long as it's not egregious.

Cuonzo's market value is probably $2.5-$2.8 mil/year, so I'm okay with offering him up to, say, $3.5 mil/year if that's what it takes. Desperate times call for desperate measures and we cannot afford to be cheap anymore. We need a proven winner, and Cuonzo seems to be (1) a realistic target, and (2) a great fit for what Mizzou needs at this point in time.
