with the way he recruits 5-star and high 4-star guys relatively easily, and (unlike Romar and Johnny Jones) he's actually a decent coach.

Gregg Marshall might be able to do some wizardly things, too, with his coaching talents.

Anyone else, yeah, probably looking at a 3-year rebuild.
