that The Constitution is a set of negative rights. It says what the government must not do. His problem is that the Constitution does not specify what the government must do. What it is required to do.

He said the constitution is getting in his way. It slows him down.

No president in our history has ever had such disdain for our founding document. He does not like this country. He is anti-American.
