Missouri State is easily the best team in the state

Missouri State is a pretty good team, though, and looks like a contender in the Valley. Probably could win 7 or 8 games in the SEC.
Missouri and SLU are duking it out for second-best in the state. SLU has played a bit of an easier schedule but I do think they've been even more horrid than Mizzou.
Of course, there would be an easy way to settle all this, you know, if we played each other. But our administrations have been too afraid to schedule SLU for more than a decade now and I can't even remember a time when we ever scheduled Missouri State/SMS.
