I thought Walmart was the evil corporate giant that kept their employees in squalor and forced them to take government handouts,
This seems to imply that a city cop was forced to work for them to get benefits denied him by the city. If true this is enexcusable. The story did not elaborate but I really hope he was just a part time employee of the city.
