understand the fluttering of your wings makes it difficult sometimes for you to hear the words, to receive the communication. So I'll speak as clearly as possible.

No one is getting fired.

But do you think, if Nancy Pelosi had declared, while the dems held the majority in the house, that she knew better or wanted something different than Obama and then proceeded to block and change bills to fit her agenda as opposed to his, do you think for one moment she would be allowed to prevail? I guarantee you she would have found herself disenfranchised in short order. The dems wouldn't have it. Heck the dems would probably frame her, impeach her, and reveal her 'hidden racist past'.

There is the letter of the law. There are the three branches. There are the checks and balances.

And then there is the day-to-day reality of how things actually get done.
