Baylor is last in the rankings (per Rivals)

Rivals is only listing the top 97 ranked schools. Baylor is not one of them. If you look at the ranking by conference, Baylor is listed as having one recruit. Scout shows 125 schools. Baylor is # 124, with one three star recruit. They get 84 points on the Scout system. Georgia state is #125 getting only 80 points for 4 players ranked under 3 stars. I wonder is maybe they are suppressing info. Yes, I know about the issues with the NCAA.
