If you wish to do billions of business with the US govt, you might wish to consider not shipping jobs overseas.

Your mistakes are a) discounting entirely UTX's business volume with the US DoD and b) the fact this had no federal tax incentive whatsoever.

If you would have stated that every company in Indiana will now be hunting down Mike Pence, good luck, he'll be in DC - but it would have been a more relevant conclusion.


Given that UTX announced these job moves long before anyone had any idea Trump would be POTUS, I'd say your idea of a scheme is absurd at face value. They were moving these jobs thinking HRC would be POTUS - are you thinking they planned to "play" her?
