Woods, CVL, Walton and Puryear - talent likely maxed out.

Phillips, Hughes, Jackson, Nikko, Smith, Geist and Barnett - much unrealized potential. Phillips may be maxed out as far as physical ability, but can greatly improve his output with better decision making. The other players can contribute A LOT MORE, with only minor improvements to their game.

You are going to see the following depth chart by the end of this season going forward:

Phillips
Hughes
Barnett
Puryear
Nikko

Subs:
Jackson
Walton/CVL
Smith
Geist

Roster needs another big going forward, but regardless, that is a well-balanced and deep roster. They could do some damage next season.
