When it's an open and shut case, there doesn't need to be much "discussion".
When there's no argument about who was in the wrong, there usually isn't a "discussion".
Nobody is protesting the white guys death. There are no news stories with his momma saying he was a good boy and the police had no business pulling him over. This is why there is no "discussion".
