But a loss did hurt Texas. Their RPI score went down. But Wisconsins went down even more. That's why they passed them in the ranking.

And making your opponents winning percentage count double your own is specifically done to put an emphasis on having a tough schedule. I like that part. But I'd like to see a different weighting of the 3 factors. Maybe 30/50/20, or something like that.
