Teams win when their best players take high percentage shots

Van Leer is taking high percentage shots. Puryear sometimes takes an ill advised 3 point shot but mostly takes high percentage shots. Nikko from the limited time he has had on the court seems to take high percentage shots. Geist seems to understand his role.

Phillips and Hughes don't seem to understand the concept of a low percentage shot. Some of the team is buying into the team concept. If those guys continue to launch poor percentage shots and get a lot of minutes it will be an ugly season and Kim will probably be unemployed at the end of it. It is in Kim's best interest as well as the team to get a handle on that.
