in conference, is the problem.

Hopefully, Sterk's pretty smart, and I think he is. With our resources and potential fan base, there is absolutely no reason we should have a team that sucks for 3-4 years and then maybe makes a Tournament, and then rebuilds and sucks for 3 more years and then maybe makes a Tournament.
