The whole "It's all my players now" excuse is pretty flimsy.

I don't remember Quin Snyder losing Keyon Dooling and Clarence Gilbert and talking about he's rejuvenated now that he has all his own players.
I don't remember Mike Anderson being happy that Leo and Matt Lawrence were gone and it feeling like a freshness.
Frank Haith lost his whole roster in 2 years and never ever mentioned the turnover.
I guess that is really the only thing left that Kim can claim was out of his control which he could use as an excuse.
