Limited experience as a head coach, but very good. Has a good reputation as a recruiter. One thing that he doesn't have experience in is a rebuild. Took over from Wade who won 22 the previous season.
The coach at Oklahoma State had a similar resume when Mizzou passed on him in favor of KA.
