fact that there are guys who have a positive effect on their team while doing virtually nothing on the stat sheet. There are some guys who can go in and the team just seems to click around them even if they don't clearly appear to do much.
That is not happening with CVL. Even if we somehow do play better with him in (we don't) we aren't playing good enough for it to matter. Might as well play Walton who has a chance at doing something.
If CVL is not going to break 40% from 3, he can't play. If he was doing that, then this is a very different discussion regardless of what the rest of his stat sheet looks like. One thing. That's all he has to do to deserve playing time.
