If we want coaches and players who will stick around for 4 years then we shouldn't be willing to run everyone off. I questioned the fact if KA is the right man for the job but we do have a young promising team but the key is for our future, there better not be a number of players that leave after this season I think that has more of a bearing on his job security than the win and loss record honestly.
I agree with you on how this team looks and I am definitely concerned about the lack of size I think that's really going to hurt this team.
As long as we compete well until Barnett is eligible then I think this team will be okay with him inserted into the lineup
