We all know the players that left the last two years means Anderson is working with a young team - no excuse, just fact.
We also all know that if he can't take this young team and develop them into a cohesive unit, he's done.
If you're convinced Anderson can't coach, you might as well tune out for the rest of the year.
But I saw pieces that could be better than what he had to work with last year. If it's true that the guys that left were not on board, then, yes, this team could be better. But it's on Anderson to coach them up, and he has to do it this year. As I said above, if they don't improve over the course of the season, this team is unsuccessful and Anderson's career is over.
