W-L Records will converge barring a Pinkelesque ability to coach up and recruit hidden talents. I don't think it's a safe bet to assume Odom will have success anywhere approaching Pinkel in those areas as Pinkel was one of the best.

I think Odom could have success here. But he won't likely be able to follow the Pinkel formula. And if we continue to recruit like a bottom 2 or 3 team in the conference, we will likely perform as a bottom 2 or 3 team.
