but I think we do it. I think there is a shot even if we lose a close one to Florida next week. At that point we would be 1-5 against teams ranked in the top 25, since Colorado is now ranked #22, and has a respectable RPI of 33. All five losses would be 1-0. Yeah we had one really bad loss to Iowa, but it was early, and won't be counted against us as much. And they could take into account that our next worse loss, to Tennessee, came with 3 of our best players suspended. I know that's a glass half full argument. It would have helped our resume immensely to have tied or won one or two of the matches against top 25 SEC teams. I think if we barely miss getting selected, we will look at the Arkansas game as what killed us.

If we advance against Florida somehow, we should be a lock, regardless of getting beat by SC in the semifinals. In that scenario we finish the season with 3 matches against top 20 teams including RPI rich South Carolina, and I think our final RPI could be as high as 30.
