It sounds like Hillary, but that doesn't really seem to make

much sense given what we know about her. There are at least 4 candidates running, and even if you think Trump is a complete psycho, I don't see how anyone could consider Hillary more stable than both of the other two running.
Even if you only look at it from a medical standpoint, several doctors have already indicated that Hillary suffered brain damage from her concussion as evidenced by the prism glasses she had to wear. Even if perhaps that resolved itself doctors have also said that she has been exhibiting the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Her weird eye movements are also indications of brain malfunction.
Her multiple falls, including one where she had a severe concussion, her staggering gate, her bobbing head, her brain lockup at times among other things point to some serious health problems consistent with Parkinsons which can have an impact on brain function that grows more severe over time.
Friends of hers have allegedly confirmed that she has Parkinsons.
Then there are the many reports from many different people in the news, in interviews and in books about Hillary flying into fits of rage, often with little or no provocation. Some describe her as a veritable witch. One former friend and confidant even claims she is literally a witch, flying to California about once a month to participate in witchcraft ceremonies.
Of course there are the numerous conspiracy theories about the enormous trail of dead bodies of people associated with the Clintons, many of whom were either speaking out against them or were to be witnesses at trials or to be interrogated in investigations into the Clinton's dealings. A few had even spoken out about their fear of the Clintons and of fear for their lives... shortly before they were murdered or died under mysterious circumstances.
But even if you don't believe any of that circumstantial evidence, she quite publicly advocates for public funding of the ongoing often brutal slaughter of more than 3,000 helpless, innocent unborn human beings every day in the U.S. alone (& has pushed for more abortions worldwide), more than all of the 9/11 deaths combined... a holocaust that has already claimed 60 million lives, 10X more than Hitler killed in his concentration camps... and she wants to cement the abortuaries into our country's foundation for at least decades to come by appointing adamantly pro-choice to abort Supreme Court justices.
Then too there is her well known reputation as a war monger. She had her evil hand in "The Arab Spring" that brought death, chaos and destruction to countries and communities throughout the Middle East and the humanitarian crisis that has resulted in The Great Migration that is upending cultures throughout Europe.
Then of course, there was her involvement in funding, arming & training the 'rebels' who morphed into ISIS.

And her insidious role in the overthrow of the democratically elected Ukrainian government. That caused some major disagreements with our European allies ("Fvck the EU") and major tensions in Europe as both NATO and Russia mobilized and amassed weapons and forces on multiple borders greatly increasing the chances of a major war, not to mention much pain and suffering, death and destruction in the Ukraine and Crimea as a new civil war had been fomented there.

The bottom line is that Hillary is FAR from mentally stable. In fact, I think a reasonable case can be made that she is an war mongering psychopath... or at least a quasi-psychopath with a wounded conscience at best.
