the Clinton campaign bought the advertising time in those slots. I'm sure the press would sell them to Trump as well or to any other candidate who bucks up.

I heard something similar on the local news this morning. Do you really think the local guys in St. Louis are in on the vast conspiracy? Do you think it's pushed down from NBC corporate to all of their local affiliates? Possible, I guess.
