a few years ago.

The blouses for female leaders were so shear they couldn't wear them without a t-shirt or camisole.

The men's shirts were cheaply made with no yoke over the shoulders. They scrimped on material so that you couldn't wear a short sleeve t-shirt under the shirt without the t-shirt sleeves peeking out from the shirt sleeves.
