My expectations haven't changed since the day Kim was hired

and the fact that he has totally mismanaged the roster doesn't change my expectations. Year 3 shouldn't be below 20 wins. If you asked any fan two years ago what their expectations were for Kim by year 3, I'm betting most would say the expect to win 20+ games and compete for a NCAA tourney in year 3. I don't see why those expectations should be adjusted just because Kim has failed so miserably at doing his job.
