other officer shooting the taser. Almost the same as the California case in the news today--one officer had a taser ready to deploy and the other had his handgun. Both fired almost simultaneously.

Now you can argue for poor trigger discipline but I can't see how the officer in Tulsa was looking to shoot someone for sh*ts and giggles.
