Winning 6-8 games in the SEC and not changing direction and starting to commit to competing in men's basketball by granting an extension is essentially a death penalty to the program. If we can win 24 or more games and finish in the top 5 of the SEC I could see extending this experiment. Otherwise optimism would be that we not continue to muddle along with the worst seasons in the program's modern era with such a bleak future.
