Seems to me size is holding him back in these rankings.

Reminds me a bit of old IU Hoosier AJ Moye. Maybe a more athletic version. Moye was ALWAYS around when big plays happened and was a great rebounder despite his size. Like Moye, Thatch has a build similar to a Mack truck.
