the SEC East has been down for years and was one of the worst divisions in the FBS last year.
Something like this would provide a better competitive balance:
Alabama
Tennessee
Auburn
Arkansas
Missouri
Texas A&M
Vanderbilt

Mississippi State
South Carolina
