I didn't think we should have pulled so many resources away from the established goldmine of our Texas pipeline, but I understood that it was important to get into Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, too. It takes years to establish good relationships. We've gotten good kids that are now starting from the southeast, but going forward, we need to find a way to pay attention to both.
