What does make a state part of Dixie?

Neither your opinion, nor anybody else's opinion makes a state part of Dixie. The definition is based on the Mason-Dixon Line, which is the border between Maryland and Pennsylvania. Most of Missouri, including STL, KC, and Columbia lies south of the line...all of our fair state except the most northern part.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
