Under Odom. HCGP could be stubborn. HCGP had many fine qualities. That wasn't one. Most of the time it worked out for him. Notoriously and too often, it didn't. While I don't think Odom is a rocket scientist, I think he's a results-first guy that won't hesitate to make the tough calls. Maybe that makes him look brilliant, maybe it'll blow up in his face.
